Same-sex marriage workshop on campus

GLAD and Love Makes a Family are holding a marriage workshop here on campus this Tuesday, October 28.
Middletown’s own Maureen Murphy will talk, and she is an expert on this issue. GLAD asks that participants to RSVP. The announcement is also posted online:

Let GLAD and LMF give you legal “Marriage Counseling!”
Seminars will be held around the state for same-sex couples, attorneys, and anyone who needs to be updated on the legal implications of our new marriage rights. Hear from Attorneys Ben Klein and Maureen Murphy on issues such as what to do with your civil unions, taxes, and health care. Come and have all your questions answered! Anne Stanback from LMF will also be on hand to discuss next steps to defend our marriage rights.
